The Place
Our campground is ideally situated for all RVers and campers who are visiting the Central Pennsylvania area. The campground has shaded as well as open areas surrounded by trees with sites to accommodate a variety of types and sizes of RV’s. A railroad theme was used throughout and reflects the railroad heritage of Altoona and the former Pennsylvania Railroad. One may park their RV along Broadway Limited Lane (named for one of the PRR’s passenger trains) or pitch a tent at Kittanning Point (named after a railroad point close to the Horseshoe Curve).
