Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 3:00 PM. - Check-out: 12:00 PM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates & Fees - Nightly rates are subject to change based on the day of the week, holidays, and special events. - All reservations are subject to a booking fee, applicable credit card processing fees, and taxes. Payment Schedule - 100% of payment is due at time of reservation. Booking Agreement - The booking must be made under the name of someone with a valid credit card and valid ID, and this person is the only one who can sign the rental agreement. - Golden Acres can refuse a booking or agreement at its sole discretion Campsites - One unit, one family (two adults, children) per site. - Maximum 6 people per site. - All other arrangements must be cleared with campground management at the time of the reservation. - To rent a campsite you must be 21 years of age or older. Residents And Campers - Seasonal guests are responsible to see that all guests on their campsites observe this rule. - Large parties with excessive noise are not allowed nor is offensive or unseemly language. - Camper agrees to be respectful to their neighbors. - No obscene language. - Please act selflessly, with concern for your neighbor, with compassion and kindness in all interactions and situations. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily and will be strictly enforced. - Music must be unheard from more than 30 feet away. Trash & Recycling - Golden Acres provides trash & recycling bins near the front entrance for campers to dispose of their trash and recyclables. - Renter agrees to abide by the rules posted on the front of the trash and recycling bins. - Please put all trash in strong plastic trash bags that are closed at the top. - Cut and flatten boxes to conserve space. - Appliances, TV’s, building materials, lawn chairs, grills, equipment and similar items may not be placed in the dumpsters. - Such items should be taken with you when you leave. - Leaving unapproved items, as described above, will incur the fee to remove it plus $50. - Do not leave trash at the campsite or in the fire ring. - Trash is to be placed in sealed plastic bags and put in the dumpsters. - The dumpsters are for scraps and garbage from daily living. - Do not dispose of any other items without Golden Acres approval. - Smokers must dispose of cigarette butts in trash containers. Speed Limit - The speed limit within Golden Acres is 5 MPH. - For the safety of all guests—especially small children, and to help minimize dust throughout the park, a strict 5 MPH speed limit is enforced at all times within the RV park. Guest - All guests, service providers and visitors must be registered with the office prior to admittance. - No gas or battery powered vehicles (golf carts, ATV’s Side by Sides, etc.) are allowed except for your personal passenger vehicles. - Passenger vehicles are not meant to provide transport around the park but are to be used strictly upon entrance and exit of Golden Acres. Pool - Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty at any time. Campsites - Only one family, one RV, are allowed per campsite. - No use of fireworks or firearms are allowed in Golden Acres at any time. - Children under 16 must be at their campsite by 10 pm. - Violation of any of these rules allows Golden Acres to administer a $25 fine per occurrence and assert early termination of the agreement. Pets - Dogs are allowed at Golden Acres. - Dogs deemed dangerous are not allowed at Golden Acres. - If your dog displays dangerous behaviors, you will be asked to remove your dog and/or leave the resort with no refund. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - Barking dogs will not be tolerated. - Barking dogs may be required to wear a bark collar or may not be permitted within the park. - Do not leave your dogs outside, unattended, if you temporarily leave Golden Acres. - Be respectful of others walking through Golden Acres. - Clean up after your pet. Overnight Stay Policy - No pitched tents, easy ups, pop-up shades, or RVs are allowed on the property or in the parking lot. Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the RV. - If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. - The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense. Boat - Golden Acres welcomes you to bring your boat with prior approval. - Upon availability we can offer a boat slip on our community dock for an additional $50/night or you can store your boat on the trailer in our storage lot for $25/night. - We do not allow any of our guests to store their boat/trailer inside the campgrounds. Occupancy - Maximum of 4 people allowed. - This includes children. - Please keep in mind small space living – 4 adults in an the RV would be a tight fit. Authorization For Incidentals - Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card. Deposit Policy - A deposit equal to the full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking. Security - Golden Acres is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. - The legal drinking age in Minnesota is 21 years. - ID is required by all persons consuming alcoholic beverages. Damage And Missing Items - Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - 30-day notice: nightly camper must cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date. - Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded. - A handling fee of $15 will be deducted from the refunded amount. - No show policy: renters and guests failing to arrive without cancellation notification (no-shows) will be charged the full balance of their reservation. - Early check-outs: no refunds will be issued for renters and guests who decide to check out before the end of their reservation period. - Weather: refunds will not be provided for cancellations or interruptions due to weather. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
