Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 12:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. - Additional fees may apply. - To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Locked Site Policy - Your site number and location are subject to change prior to your arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking. Guests - Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. - Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Park harmless from and indemnify Park against the same. Eviction Policy - We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. Vehicle Standards - All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. Access Control - We reserve the right to refuse access to guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable. Tents - Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $10 per tent, per night. Maximum per Site - A maximum of 6 people total at a site at any given time. Visitors - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9:00 am & 10:00 pm. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 pm. Propane - Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed. Site Use Restrictions - Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. - Rugs are not allowed on the grassy areas of sites. - Please place any and all rugs on the crushed concrete site. Vehicle Maintenance Policy - Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed unless otherwise given permission. Washing of the RV - Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed unless otherwise given permission. Use of Chemicals - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. Guest Conduct and Property Use - Clotheslines are not allowed. The laundry room is open 24/7. - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. - We are not responsible for accidents or theft. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees. - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Occupancy and Vehicle Limits - Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles are allowed per site unless otherwise given permission. Trash - All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property. - Do not leave trash out overnight. Vehicle Restrictions - Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites. Drones - Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Risk Acknowledgment - The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. Prohibited - The use of Firearms of any kind is prohibited on our property. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. Speed Limit - Speed limit on the property is 5 mph. - Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the property. Parking Policy - No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. Driver Eligibility - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle on the property. Vandalism - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort. Children - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and other guests. - Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. Emergency Contact Information - Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. - This information remains private and is used only when a situation arises in which we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence towards other guests or property staff will result in immediate eviction from the park. - Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the park. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. - There is a two-pet limit in the park. - Exotic or oversized pets are not permitted unless otherwise given permission. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Guests should have proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in park buildings, amenity areas, and the rental house lawn. - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Park is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
