Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 2:00 PM - Check-out: 10:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Be Respectful - Please treat our campground with care. - Keep your site, bathrooms, and grounds clean. - Any trash or waste left behind may result in a fee charged to your account. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Please respect your fellow campers. Guests Per Site - Each site accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and is limited to: RV Sites - 1 RV + 1 Tent (No second RVs, even without hookups) Tent Sites - A maximum of two tents (without prior approval) Entry & Exit - Please follow the provided and posted entry and exit routes to avoid complications. Digging & Stakes - Digging is strictly prohibited. - No stakes longer than 4 inches may be placed in the ground. Respect Our Trees - Do not harm or damage trees. - Hammock camping is allowed only on trees with a minimum 12-inch diameter, and straps must be properly guarded/padded. Respect Our Grass - No parking on the grass. - No outdoor rugs or any grass-suppressing objects. Damage Responsibility - You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or your guests. - Charges will apply for any damages to property, facilities, or grounds. No Bleach or Chemicals - Do not dump bleach, antifreeze, or other chemicals due to our water treatment process. - Damage caused by failure to follow this rule is extremely costly and will be charged to the responsible party. Theft & Unauthorized Access - Theft is rare, but any stolen property (from the campground or fellow campers) will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. - If you didn’t bring it, don’t take it. Restricted Areas - Do not enter prohibited zones, including the Water Treatment Zone/Lagoon. - Violations will result in fines and potential legal action. Pet Policy - Leashes are required at all times outside of the dog park. - Clean up after your pet immediately—failure to do so will result in fines. - Pets must not create excessive noise or disturbances. - We reserve the right to ask disruptive pets (and their owners) to leave. Dog Park - Pets may be off-leash inside the dog park, but must be attended and cleaned up after. Campfire Rules - Fires are only allowed in proper fire rings (not guaranteed to be provided). - Never leave fires unattended—extinguish them if unattended. - Ashes must be properly disposed of (Do not place them in the dumpster). - No fires within 10 feet of any structure or tree. Booking Policies - Non-transferable bookings: Reservations cannot be transferred to another person. - Camper misrepresentation: If the camper size or setup is misrepresented, the booking will be forfeited without a refund.
