Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV Check-In Time: 12 p.m. - RV Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - Late check-outs are charged at a rate of $20/hr. - Contact the office before 10:30 am to make arrangements. - Any check-outs past 2:00 pm will be charged a full night. - You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a campsite. - Valid ID must be presented at check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. RV Site General Information - All buildings in the park are smoke-free, including vaping. - RV sites must always be kept clean, free of clutter, and orderly, with no changes to the RV site without prior consent of park management. - RVs should not have visible damage or be in disrepair. - There can be no window air conditioners, torn awnings, or boards on windows or doors. - Water hoses must be sealed tight and have no leaks. - All hoses and electric cords must be kept off the ground. - Please do not place rugs on grass. - Do not place jacks on concrete without prior permission. - No oil changes or vehicle repairs in the park. Quiet Time - 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM - Unnecessary noise, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct will not be allowed and may result in immediate eviction. Pet Policy - Owners must pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in personal trash, waste stations, or the designated dumpsters. - Never dispose of pet waste in the community center trash cans, shower room, or building trash bins. - No tying or crating pets outside of your RV unattended for any reason. - They cannot run free! Please keep them leashed. - As a courtesy to each other, please walk your pets along the road paths and avoid cutting through yards of occupied sites - Excessive barking must be controlled. - Your pets are your responsibility. Community Center - The community center is available to rent for parties and gatherings year-round at $75/hour. Guests & Children - Currently, we do not allow ATVs to be on our roads. - Motorized scooters are prohibited for children under the age of 13. - No skateboards or roller blades allowed in the shower house or community center. - No use of bicycles, skateboards, or scooters after dark. - You are responsible for the actions of your children and guests. - No fireworks or sparklers are allowed. Visitors - Your visitors are welcome for reasonable visits. - Our rates are based on 4 occupants - Please register your guests at the office if they are staying overnight. - All unregistered visitors must leave by 10 pm. - The bath/shower house and other buildings are for the use of PAID guests only! - All visitors must stop at the office before heading to your site. Off-Season RV Storage - We are now offering off-season storage for RVs or boats. - We provide shuttle service to and from the waterpark. Speed Limit - Speed limit - 5 MPH Parking Policy - Park at your site only. - No parking on the grass or roads. - Each site accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. - No parking in empty sites without permission. - Any unauthorized parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. - Visitors may park at your site if space permits; otherwise, there is parking behind the office or in the main lot. Laundry - The laundry facility is located at the northwest end of the community center. - Absolutely no washing of pet bedding or blankets of any kind. - No leaving unattended items in the laundry room. - Washing and drying is $2.50 per load. - There is a change machine located in the community room. Catch-n-release Pond - The fishing pond is catch-and-release. - Please stay out of the pond. - Fish from designated areas and do not wade or swim in the pond. - Always watch your children when near any body of water. - All children must be with a parent. Propane - A propane tank fill station is located near the Office. - Please feel free to contact the main office for assistance. Restrooms/Showers - Restroom/showers are located at the center of the campground and on the north side of the camp office. - When you check in, you will receive a code to use the facilities. - Do not leave children unattended. - No pet washing in the showers. Waste Disposal - We have two dumpsters located in the park. - One is on the west side, located near the bath/shower house, and the second is on the east side near the Exit. Business & Sub-Leasing - No business can operate out of an RV within the campground. - No sub-leasing or renting of RV units while on campground property.
