- Please reach out to the office if you will be arriving early.
- If you would like a late departure up to 1 PM, there will be a charge of $5.

- All personal items must be removed from the site when you depart.
- Guests will be charged a $30 site clean-up fee (on their credit card on file) if personal items or trash are left on the site.
- If you leave the property without settling your fees due, either site or electric, we reserve the right to immediately charge your designated payment method for all fees, expenses, or damages.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures.

- Watch your pet and keep them leashed at all times while outside.
- Pets must not be left unattended outside the RV at any time.
- Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away.

- Due to the insurance terms, Dominion Oaks RV Park does not allow any variation of Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, or more than 3 dogs per site.
- Aggressive pets (or those perceived to be such) may lead to termination of stay in the RV park.
- Any licensee with a dog breed that shows aggression or one of the aforementioned breeds will be prevented from registering in the park.
- Licensees have access to the dog park, which is the only acceptable area for dogs to be off-leash.
- Please watch your dogs closely in the park so you notice where they leave poo so you can pick it up.
- An unregistered pet/animal is grounds for immediate removal of the animal if it cannot be approved in accordance with the RV park's terms for pets/animals.
- This may include the departure of the licensee in some cases.
- Excessive barking, not picking up after a dog, or any signs of aggression will not be tolerated.
