Jellystone Park Luray in Luray, Virginia, offers 117 RV sites, 92 cabin and lodge units, and 25 tent sites in the Shenandoah Valley, with 20, 30, and 50-amp full hookups, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 80 feet. Mountain view premium and Red Carpet categories join a water park, zip line, and laser tag. One hundred seventeen sites span standard, deluxe back-in RV/tent, mountain view premium, premium pull-through, Red Carpet back-in, and Red Carpet pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with cable TV, sized to 80 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. Ninety-two cabins and lodges and 25 tent sites round out an unusually deep lodging range. A general store, boutique shop, laundry, propane fills and exchange, dump station, restrooms, showers, and recycling handle the practical side. A daily resort fee applies and covers mini-golf, the playground, and the wider amenity set. Recreation is extensive. A water park, splash pad, outdoor pool, hot tub, and inflatable water toys anchor the summer, with a zip line, laser tag, jumping pillow, mini-golf, gem mining, gaga ball, an arcade, game room, craft room, and recreation center besides. A lake and pond support boating, canoeing, and kayaking, with sports courts, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a ball field, barn, golf cart rentals, walking trails, a dog park, and on-site dining and a bar. When can I pick up my golf cart? - Golf Carts may be picked up anytime between 2:00 pm and dusk. Can I smoke at the park? - Since we are one of the best family campgrounds in Virginia, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is not permitted in common and indoor areas, including but not limited to the pool area, playgrounds, pavilions, and all buildings. - Smoking is not permitted within 50 feet of any building entrance, inside cabins or on cabin porches, but is permitted outside at cabin sites. - Please dispose of all cigarette butts. - Smoking of any substances besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. - Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy. Can I hang my political flag? - No, political flags are not allowed. Holiday and primitive flags are allowed. Can I pitch a tent at my campsite with my RV? - Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-person tent at every RV site (in addition to the RV). - We don’t allow tents at any of our cabin sites. How old do you need to be to drive a golf cart? - To drive the golf cart, you have to be 18 or older with a valid driver's license. How many people are allowed per site? - Your nightly base rate includes 4 people (3 years old and older). Our larger cabin units include additional occupants. - An additional person fee applies. Are lifeguards at the pool area? - No, we do not have lifeguards at the pool area. What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards? - Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations, store purchases, and attractions. Can I bring my drone? - No, we do not allow drones at this time. Are alcoholic beverages allowed at your Virginia Campground? - They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. - Because we're one of the best family campgrounds in Virginia, please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language. Do you allow fireworks? - With the exception of sparklers, fireworks are not allowed in Jellystone Park™. What if I arrive at your Virginia campground after hours? - If you arrive after office hours, there will be a drop box at the Ranger Station that will have an envelope with your name, site/cabin number, and directions on how to get to your site. - Please take your envelope and come down to the office in the morning to register. What do we need to do for departure from our cabin/site? - If you are in an RV site, make sure the trash is in front of the site. - For a cabin, make sure the floor is swept, dishes are cleaned, trash is outside, linens can remain inside the cabin, and keys are dropped off at the office. Can golf carts be driven off property? - No, golf carts are to remain on the property and be driven on the road and not through the field. What is your policy on firearms and weapons? - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. What if I lost the cabin key? - For a lost key, there will be a $15 replacement fee. Can I tour the park? - We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort, and we do allow tours. - Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive. Is there Wi-Fi at your Virginia campground? - Yes, we do have Wi-Fi available at our Ranger Station & Water Zone. - Signal strength varies based on how many of our guests are using the Wi-Fi. - We think this is the perfect time to disconnect and enjoy the great outdoors. Where do I get firewood? - We have firewood available for purchase at the camp store. - Campers are not allowed to bring their own firewood due to state regulations. - This is to prevent the spread of invasive species, causing deforestation. - To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way. - Guests found in violation of damaging trees will be fined. What is the speed limit? - Because we're one of the best campgrounds in Virginia for families, our park is full of active families with children. - The speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strongly enforced for your safety. - We realize that this is ridiculous. However, if you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast. What are the quiet hours at your Luray campground? - Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am daily. - Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult. Can I bring my own golf cart, electric bicycle, motorized scooter, or ATV to the Camp-Resort? - For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. - While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without a refund. - For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Luray campground easily and in fun! - If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard. How far in advance should I make my reservation? - We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly. - We book reservations up to 360 days in advance.

Check-In Procedure - Campsite Check-in time is 2:00 pm - Campsite Check-out time is 1:00 pm - Cabin Check-in time is 4:00 pm - Cabin Check-out time is 11:00 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campsite Reservations - Campsite early access option beginning at 11:00 am, but it is available only if the site is vacant (i.e., nobody is in the site before you). - It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in. - Campsite early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee the site/cabin will be ready or available at the time of arrival. - Campsite early access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort attractions, which require parking in overflow. - Campsite Access is based on availability – please call for info. - The campsite absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11:00 am, so please plan your travel accordingly. - Campsite extended access is available for $10 during non-peak season and $25 during peak season to stay in the park until 6pm. Subject to availability. - Campsite extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee the guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. - Campsite extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort attractions, which require parking in overflow. - Campsite access is based on availability. General Rules and Polices - Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed. - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. - If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number. - For a limited time, all future bookings will only require 50% down. - The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. - We have adopted dynamic rates that fluctuate based on occupancy, similar to the hotel and airline industry. - With that being said, rates vary based on availability and are subject to change with each search. - 1 camping unit and 2 cars per site; extra vehicles $5, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot. - Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite or cabin. - Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. - These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! They grant you access and use of the park's attractions and facilities. - You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present. Flag Policy - The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground: - All international flags, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports, and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden. Vehicle Policy - Please, no bicycle riding after dark; helmets are recommended. - Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park. - Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure, unless made within 1 week of booking. Holidays - Bookings made during Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, or Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day Weekend with a Sunday departure date will not be accepted, unless made within 1 week of booking. 3-night minimum stay is required for the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day. Minimum Stay Policy - For a limited time, our Boo Boo™ Bungalows, Camping Cabins and Cozy Cabins only require a 2-night minimum stay. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. Visitor Policy - The following visitor fees apply for overnight guests: - Non Peak season - $21 / overnight, $63 / 4-7 night - Peak season & Holidays - $33 / overnight, $99 / 4-7 nights Quiet hours - Daily, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. - Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult. Firearms Policy - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Campsite Policy - An RV site may be used for tent camping with a maximum of 2 tents OR house a single RV, with a maximum of 8 people per site - We do not offer seasonal campsites. We do offer trailer storage. - Limit 8 people per site. Rates based on 4 people (4 years old and older). Additional person fees apply. Campsite Pet Policy - A max of 2 pets allowed at all RV campsites. - Pets are not allowed on tent sites. Cabin Policy - Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (4 years old and older). Additional person fees apply. - Limit 6 people per site: Cottages, Skyline Cabins, Deluxe Comfort Cabins, Comfort Cabins, Camping Cabins, Boo Boo™ Bungalows, & Cozy Cabins. - Limit 10 people per site: Premium Loft Cabins, Three Bears Lodge. - Limit 19 people: Rangers Retreat. Cabin Pet Policy - A max of 2 pets allowed at all RV campsites. - Pets are not allowed on tent sites. - Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at time of booking. - For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $50. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $75. - Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. - Make sure to fill out our pet waiver. Water Attractions and Pool Rules - All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area. - “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations. - Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty. - Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules. - US Coast Guard approved Life Jackets and Puddle jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less. - Behavior - We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. - Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund. Dress Code - Proper swim attire is required. - Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment. - Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics. - Swim attire with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects is not allowed on slides. Outside Food and Beverages - Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the waterpark. Glass, bottles, or containers, and alcohol are not permitted. - Food and beverages are not allowed in any pools or spas. Prohibited - Pets are not allowed in the water attractions and pool area, except for working service animals. Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water. - Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area. - Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed. - Larger outside flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted. - Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions. Inclement Weather - For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. - If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. - Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared, and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area. Ride Restrictions - Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights, and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions. - All guests must meet the attraction's requirements to ride. Change Policy - Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (2+ weeks) will result in a one-time courtesy change, and every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. - The guest is responsible for any resultant difference in rates. - Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. - Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. - Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window. Payment Policy - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. - For a limited time, all future bookings will only require 50% down. The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. - If applicable, a resort fee is added to each reservation. - Additional person fees may apply if the number of allowable guests exceeds the included number of guests per site as set in the base rate. No Shows - Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. - The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. Lodging Rentals - 3+ WEEKS: Refund less $25 cancellation fee per cabin OR full refund issued in camp credit - 2+ WEEKS: 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit is valid through the end of the camping season it is issued, and 50% of the reservation is forfeited - LESS THAN 2 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited - For Three Bears' Lodge & Ranger Retreat: - 5+ WEEKS: Refund minus $50 cancellation fee, or full refund issued in camp credit - 4+ WEEKS: 50% of the reservation is issued in camp credit, and 50% of the reservation is forfeited - LESS THAN 4 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited Campsites - 2+ WEEKS: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee per campsite OR full refund issued in camp credit - 1+ WEEKS: 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit is valid through the end of the camping season it is issued, and 50% of the reservation is forfeited - Less than 1 Week: Full reservation forfeited - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e. Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Refund Policy - Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. - Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. - All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
