Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in after 2 pm - Entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check-in. - Early check-in is not permitted. - The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until noon. - We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. - If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. - We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. - Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please just reach out to the park for instructions. - Check-out time is 12 PM. - You do not need to reach the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Changes To The Reservation - If you want to change the dates of your reservation, not cancel, please review the following guidelines. For 1 Site or Cabin - Any change made 30 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred. - Any changes made between 7 and 30 days may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit. For 2-4 Sites or Cabins - Any changes made 60 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred. - Any changes made between the cancellation window listed below and 60 days, you may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit. - Any attempted changes outside of the guidelines will be charged the full reservation amount before any changes are made. Tent Policy - Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Grill tops are not provided. - 1 vehicle per site. - Not all sites can accommodate multiple tents. - When making your reservation, please include the number of tents and tent size in your reservation request (i.e., 6 ft x 8 ft). - We do not have tents for rent. - Pets are allowed. - Please read our Pet Policy thoroughly before bringing your pet. - Our facilities and accommodations are not ADA Compliant. Pop-up/RV Sites Policy - Each site, even RV sites, includes a fire pit and picnic table. - Depending on the length of your pop-up, there may not be enough room to park on the site. - Additional parking is available across from sites 12 - 16. - Due to limited space, RV sites are not separated from each other by trees or other natural barriers. - This allows for easier maneuverability. - RV sites are separated from the bathhouse via a dense natural shrub and bamboo garden, so the bathhouse is not visible. - 1 vehicle per site. - Our facilities and accommodations are not ADA Compliant. Cabins Policy - 1 vehicle per site. - No smoking is allowed in cabins. - Cabins do not have A/C or running water inside. - Campers are responsible for providing their own sheets and blankets (full size) and pillows. - Remember to bring your own towels! - Windows open and have screens. - Pets are allowed in the cabins. - Please read our Pet Policy thoroughly before bringing your pet. - Our facilities and accommodations are not ADA Compliant. Site Changes - You have been assigned a specific site. - If you wish to move, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. Open Fires - Open fires are not allowed in our park. - Fires must be in designated fire pits. - Please do not bring firewood into our Campground, our trees make our Campground. - We buy our wood locally, so no infestation. Parking - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Site and Park Navigation - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. - Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Washing - Washing RVs or vehicles is not allowed. Pet Policy - In an effort to provide an enjoyable camping experience for everyone, please respect the following rules: - Bring documentation of the current rabies shot - Dogs must wear a collar with ID tags, owner contact information, and a rabies tag - Dogs must be under control at all times - Dogs must remain on your site unless walking on a leash - Clean up after your pet - Do not leave dogs unattended - Dogs are not allowed in the store, rec room, or bathhouse - You are responsible for the damage caused by your dog - Failure to comply can result in expulsion from the campground without a refund. Leash - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. - This helps you, your pet, and other guests and their pets stay safe. Buildings - Pets are not allowed in the buildings. Cleaning Up After Your Pet - Be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet always. - Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites, please. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Leaving Pets Unattended - Pets may not be left unattended in our park. - Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. - Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet's well-being while you are away. Barking - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Speed Limit - The park speed limit is 5 mph. - This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. - Safety is our number one priority for our guests. Parking Policy - Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. - Extra vehicles will need to be parked in additional parking spots throughout the property. - Please do not park on our grass. - Ruts caused on your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges. - Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will incur additional fees for camping. - A nightly registration covers 1 RV and 1 vehicle only. - No parking in common areas. - Do not park in the middle of the road. - Do not park in sites that you did not register for. ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts - OHVs are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. - We understand there are numerous trails for these in the county, but none on the property, so there is no need for them to be used. - You can bring them to be used off property, but no use on campground property. Severe Weather Policy - In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. - We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. Visitors Policy - Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. - All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee, and receive a parking pass. - Visitors may not bring pets. - Crabtree Falls Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. - Day visitors must depart by 9:00 pm EST. - Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. - All guests visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. - Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times, please. Electrical Use Policy - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. - Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. - Please notify the office if you have any electrical issues during your stay. - Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. - Maintenance is happy to help. - Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so. Laundry Policy The laundry room is open 24/7. - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. - We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Restrooms - For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. - We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Playground Policy - The playground opens at 9 am after quiet time and closes at dusk. - Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. - Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our playground. - Failure to follow these rules results in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Please do not let your children climb our trees, as it damages them. Quiet Time Policies - Quiet time is 10 PM to 8:30 AM. - No music allowed during quiet time. - During nonquiet hours, music is allowed but at a moderate level; excessively loud music will be warned 1 time and then asked to leave with no refund. Trash Disposal and Recycling - Trash cans are located throughout the park. - Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. - If the first can is full, please find another container. - Please do not place your trash on the ground. - Wild animals like possums and raccoons are attracted to left-out or disposed of food, and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visitor at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! - Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. - Trash is emptied once per day. - Times may vary due to maintenance scheduling requirements throughout the day. - Any oversized items, such as broken tents, popped air mattresses, and/or any other odd items, please notify the office before cramming them into a trash can, and we will instruct you on how to dispose of them. - Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Children Policy - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - The playground closes at dusk. - Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. - Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Drones Policy - Drones are not permitted in our park. - Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. - There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment. Clotheslines Policy - Clotheslines are permitted in our park. Fireworks and Firearms Policy - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. - The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. - If these items are seen, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Repairs Policy - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. - We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. Safety and Emergencies Policy - Campground visitors and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or their pets. - Campground visitors assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold the landowner harmless from and indemnify the landowner against the same. - The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - Crabtree Falls Campground is in a natural wildlife habitat area. - There is a risk of any wild animals on the property. - Pay attention and ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
