Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-In Time: 2 p.m.
- Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be allowed if the site is available. Contact management for details.
- No check-in/set-up after dark is allowed. This is to be respectful of other guests and for the safety of all.
- If you are staying in our park for two weeks or longer, we require a seasonal agreement to be signed.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
General Rules
- Reservations are required for all camping; no unregistered guests may stay on the premises.
- Do not set up on a site without an online booking confirmation or prior authorization.
- All guests are required to read and abide by our rules.
- It is illegal for anyone to live (take up residency) on a campground according to codes set in place.
- All private residence buildings are off limits to campers.
- We do have visually impaired, hearing impaired, and cognitively impaired guests using this space for respite.
- Some guests may be very sick or healing from an injury or other condition.
- Please always be extremely cautious and respectful to others who are using the property.
- It is your responsibility to secure all your vehicles and personal belongings on site.
- We are not responsible for damage or theft, whether natural, accidental, or purposeful, to any personal property or vehicles.
- We do watch over things, but we do not have staff to oversee everyone’s belongings.
- Absolutely no fighting, yelling, abusive language, profanity, including on clothing, signs, or in music.
- Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Use main drives, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with management prior to relocating sites.
- Due to reservations or maintenance, moving may not be possible.
- If weather conditions become restricting, we may ask guests to relocate to another location.
- We will try to do so before check-in to prevent any inconvenience.
- If you are in a site where high water can travel, #'s 24, 23, 26, 31, 32, sites will be closed off.
- You will be asked to move if the forecast is for heavy rains.
Site Specific Rules
- Do not hang hammocks from trees without prior permission.
- Do not hang things from tree branches (decorations, bird feeders, cloths, towels, etc.)
- No outdoor lighting or displays without permission.
- We do not allow balloons as they can pop and create a gun-like sound.
- No chemicals or foggers to be used on sites. (personal bug spray allowed)
- Rugs bigger than 3’ x 2’ are not allowed for extended use, as they kill the grass, and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.
Quiet Time Policies
- The quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Anyone playing loud music or being disruptive to the grounds will be warned only once and then asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Drug/Alcohol
- Drinking alcohol in moderation is allowed, but there is a zero-tolerance policy for drunkenness.
- Zero tolerance for Illegal drugs and drug abuse.
- Smoking is allowed on your site, not in public areas, structures, or the playground.
- Please discard cigarette buts in trash cans, not in grass or fire pits.
Fire Policy
- Do not carry in firewood of any kind; strict disease and pest control is in effect!
- Open (Uncontained) fires are not allowed in our park.
- Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.
- Do not move fire rings or leave garbage, cans, glass bottles, or tops in them.
- Do not put food waste, plastic, or other trash in fires.
- Properly dispose of all cigarette butts and metal bottle caps in garbage, NOT in fire pits.
- Fires must be entirely put out before going to bed.
- We do not allow floating candle lanterns; they are a fire hazard and can land in our hay fields, woods, or our neighbors’ properties.
Storage
- Please help keep pests and rodents away from our campsites.
- Storage of food is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table
- Keep food in locked containers, inside vehicles, or in your RV/tent.
Pet Policies
- We ask that you always keep your pets on a physical leash.
- This helps you, your pet, other guests, and their pets feel and stay safe.
- Pets are not allowed in the buildings (except in emergencies).
- County code laws do not allow pets in our building or shelter areas.
- Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts.
- Pets are not allowed in our playground areas.
- Be a good neighbor and please use the pathways, and always clean up after your pet.
- Please do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Do not leave pets alone if leaving the premises.
- Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away.
- Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our campground.
- Please make sure your pet’s shots are up to date.
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.
- Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse guests with dogs that we find overly aggressive.
Vehicle Policies
- The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.
- Minor excess of this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings or extreme excessive speed will require us to ask you to leave immediately.
- Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
- Major repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.
- We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
- Do not drain grey water & especially black/septic onto the ground anywhere at any time!
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, limit traffic during these hours, dim headlights, and idle slowly so as not to disturb other campers.
Parking Policy
- Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicles per site.
- No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
- Please be aware of signs or areas with soft saturated soil to prevent ruts or getting stuck.
- Do not park far off the driveway or down steep hills.
- If you get stuck and require assistance, a fee will be imposed.
- Any required repairs to grass, trees, or other property as a result will be charged to you.
Pond Area
- No swimming allowed in the pond.
- Children must always be supervised.
- Do not disturb nests of wildlife or capture any animals.
- Climbing in trees or on rocks is not allowed.
- No using boats without prior permission, experience, and life vests required.
- Fishing is catch and release only.
Property
- Do not plant or dig up anything without permission.
- Hunting or foraging for food on the property is not allowed without permission.
- For safety, do not enter woods or leave mowed or maintained areas.
- Do not cut down or take fallen branches from the woods.
Severe Weather
- Be aware of weather changes, as we do not have a severe weather shelter.
- In case of severe weather, tent campers may seek shelter in the bathrooms or the pavilion.
- We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them in your tent or RV during severe weather warnings.
Laundry
- We do not offer on-site laundry; public pay laundromats are in town.
- Do not hang any items in or from the trees on our property to dry.
- Damage to our trees or branches will be charged to you accordingly.
- Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.
Washing
- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with one bucket of water and a sponge.
- Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a muddy mess and disturb your neighbors.
- Put hot water in gravel areas, NOT on the grass, as it will kill it.
- Dress modestly when leaving your site.
- No uncovered bathing outdoors, no nudity.
Restrooms
- Do not go to the bathroom outside; use restrooms.
- For the convenience of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 except during cleaning.
- We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean and well-stocked for everyone.
- Please do not take supplies out of the bathroom.
- If supplies are low, please advise hosts ASAP.
- Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision in the bathrooms.
Playground
- The playground opens at 9 am and closes at dusk.
- The playground area and equipment are for children aged 12 years and younger.
- Anyone under 18 must always be supervised in all areas of the campground.
- Horseplay, pushing, and jumping off structures is not permitted.
- Alcohol and Food are not permitted inside the playground area.
- Loud music, glass, or sharp objects are not permitted in our playground.
- Failure to follow these rules results in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Please do not let your children climb in our trees, as it damages them.
Trash/Recycling
- Trash cans are located throughout the property.
- Please do not place your trash on the ground.
- Woodland creatures like possums and raccoons are attracted to being left out or being given food.
- Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans or dumpsters.
- Please have your site clean and empty when you leave.
- Place all trash in the green dumpster near the entrance.
- Recycling is required; use clear bags.
- There is a separate bin for aluminum cans near the dumpsters.
- Extra fees imposed for not cleaning up the site, excessive dumpster use, property damage of any kind, or broken glass.
Children
- Children under 18 must always be supervised by an adult.
- Horseplay is not permitted throughout the campground.
- Riding bicycles without a parent or on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.
- Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park.
- Please check with the office before inviting any visitors.
- Registered guests are responsible for ensuring that all campground rules are followed.
- Day visitors may not bring pets.
- Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm CST.
- Overnight visitors must register and pay as a camper and are to check out by 11 AM CST.
Electrical Use
- Guests are responsible for understanding how many amps they are using in their RV.
- Amp usage over the 20 or 30 AMPs provided can trip your breaker.
- Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
- Long-term/Seasonal guests are required to pay electricity costs in addition to the site fees.
- This will be calculated and charged monthly.
- Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements.
- Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Drones
- Drones are not permitted in our park.
- Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.
- There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.
Fireworks and Weapons
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- This includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.
- Weapons are prohibited.
- This includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns, crossbows, and slingshots.
- If these items are seen outside of your vehicle, tent, or RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Safety and Emergencies
- Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all extended stay guests.
- This information remains private and is used only when a situation arises which we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies.
- We never give personal information out to others.
- If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
- Guests are responsible for emergency response fees if called: police, fire, ambulance, coroner, tow truck, etc.
- Emergency contact forms are requested for your safety as well as informing us of a health danger & risk and allowing us to know who we should contact, especially allergies and serious medication requirements & usage.
Additional rules for extended stay/seasonal guests
- If your trailer is more than 15 years old, we are not required to allow you to stay according to the law set in place.
- Exceptions are left up to the discretion of campground owners.
- Insurance on your trailers and vehicles is a requirement, and proof must be available to present upon request.
- If you have Pets, their information must be available at the request of the authorities if an incident occurs.
- We ask that trailers have operational smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and should have a first aid kit.
- An emergency plan specific to your RV set in place is extremely important.
- A permit is required by the township and the county for any changes & or construction of decks, walkways, patio stones, etc.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
