RV sites with 50-amp full hookups are positioned around the pool for convenient access to the resort's primary amenity cluster. The fishing on Kentucky Lake is among the finest freshwater angling in the South: largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, Kentucky spotted bass, crappie, catfish, and sauger all inhabit the lake in fishable populations, and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency's stocking program maintains the fishery at a level that consistently produces trophy-class catches. Springville's proximity to the lake's primary bass habitat—the Tennessee River's original channel, marked by submerged timber and structural features that hold fish year-round—makes it one of the better launching points for serious tournament-style bass fishing on the upper end of the lake.
