CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: - Late check-out may be available on a space-available basis and must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour. - Guests who remain after 4:00 p.m. will be charged an additional night’s stay. VEHICLE POLICY: - The speed limit within the park is 5 mph. For the safety of all and to keep dust at a minimum this rule is strictly enforced. - All RV’s must be 15 years or new

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
