What started as enjoying the freedom and adventure of full-time RV'ing led us on a new path, not just to live the lifestyle but build and share it in this great city we call home!  Austonia sits on a beautiful 32-acre property purchased directly from a family that homesteaded it in the mid-1800s.

The proximity to downtown while still feeling the country vibes is what captivated us. Throughout the building process we’ve thoughtfully preserved as many trees and green spaces to maintain the property’s beauty.  
We’ve planned for modern traveler's needs with large concrete sites, electric car charging and blazing fast WiFi. We are excited to continue developing Austonia into a desirable space for happy campers to enjoy.

COTA RV Park is a full-service RV park located on the fastest straight at Circuit of The Americas, just steps away from the asphalt. Open year-round! We want all of our COTA RV Park guests to have the best time when they are with us. In order to provide guests with the best experience possible, we have assembled a list of guidelines. These guidelines are not comprehensive. We ask guests to check the manual they receive upon arrival for the complete list. 📍 Just off Highway 290, Colinas RV Park provides a quiet, country-style stop for RV travelers moving between Austin and Houston. The park is best suited for guests looking for space, simplicity, and a peaceful environment rather than resort-style amenities.

🌳 Site Information and Expectations
Colinas RV Park does not have concrete pads. Sites are gravel and grass with a more natural, open layout. For overnight and short-stay guests, the park includes pull-through sites that are easy to reach just after entering the park, located to the left and along the perimeter fence, allowing for straightforward access and minimal maneuvering at the end of a travel day.

17 years ago, our family purchased Tinney Lake and began creating Lake Falling Star RV Resort. Our 44-acre park is quiet, clean, and extraordinarily beautiful. The sunsets are breathtaking, and the night stars will melt the stress away. We have added new granite walkways along the waterfront. The new pergola cover keeps the pool shaded during the day’s heat. A quaint laundry room where you can enjoy a book overlooking the lake while your clothes are drying. For the bird watchers in the family, this is the place.
