Nestled at 3,400 feet elevation, Meadview offers a unique climate—a bit cooler than the low-lying deserts in summer and milder than the mountain areas in winter.

Our area boasts a rich history, with land purchased in 1960 eventually becoming part of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Today, Meadview is home to around 900 residences and welcomes visitors from all corners of the globe. People come to experience the beauty of Lake Mead, the proximity to the Grand Canyon, the marvel of the Hoover Dam, and the intrigue of the lesser known Joshua Tree Forest.
