Nearly 20 years ago, what is now known as Warblers Cove Campground was set to be sold off with the intention of becoming the stage for an ongoing summer music festival. A local scout troop didn't like that idea, knowing its inevitable changes to the area which it frequented. Ultimately, a concerned parent ended up purchasing the 600+ acre campground out of the spirit of conservation and family values. As 2021 came to a close, a new family has taken over ownership. We have the intention of continuing the spirit of conservation on the land while at the same time positioning the property for decades of fun and joy to come. Our hope as the new stewards of Warblers Cove is to enhance the infrastructure, amenities, and access to the property for all who enjoy it. It all began in 2011, when our owner Mike Constine decided to turn a once gravel pit into a private lake and housing development. After touring the country with his family for years, camping at campsites large and small, Mike had a thought to bring that experience to families close to home. A place to camp, to swim, to enjoy the sunshine and one another making memories around campfires and fireflies. Out of this dream, Campgrounds-R-Us was born. Over a decade later, we continue to grow and add more activities every season. We offer everything from swimming and fishing to volleyball, a bounce pad for the kids, and miles of nature trails to hike, bike or take explore by horseback. Every Friday and Saturday night, we have a large community campfire where campers can connect with the owners, sharing tales of the road and trading tall tales under a canopy of stars with S’Mores in hand.
