    stars and getting star struck? There are countless Halls of Fame that make
    for great road trips and family vacations. We’ve selected a few favorite

    Rock &
    Roll Hall of Fame
    (Cleveland, OH)
    The Rock and Roll Hall
    of Fame is dedicated to archiving the history of some of the best-known and
    most influential artists, producers, engineers, etc. who have influenced the
    music industry. Some of the most famous inductees include The Beatles,
    Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, James Brown, Ray Charles,
    Buddy Holly, and Stevie Wonder.

    Where to
    stay:

    • Willow Lake
      Park
      – Located just outside of Brunswick, Ohio, Willow Lake Park is
      a family-oriented, full service campground. Enjoy mini golf, swimming,
      fishing, a game room and more.
    • Streetsboro/Cleveland
      SE KOA
      – This campground is a great place to escape the pressures
      of everyday life. Sit around a crackling camp fire, catch some rays on the
      beach or swim in the spring-fed lake.

    National Baseball Hall of Fame (Cooperstown,
    NY)
    The Baseball Hall of Fame displays baseball-related artifacts and
    exhibits while honoring those who have excelled in playing, managing, and
    serving the sport. The first five men elected to the Hall of Fame in 1939
    were Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, Honus Wagner, Christy Mathewson and Walter Johnson.
    Since then, there have been 305 people inducted into the Hall of
    Fame.

    NCAA Hall of Champions (Indianapolis, IN)
    The
    Hall of Champions represents more than 1,000 colleges and universities and
    400,000 student-athletes. All 23 NCAA sports are represented throughout the
    two level interactive exhibit, as well as a trivia challenge, team rankings,
    video highlights, and artifacts donated from colleges around the nation.

    Where
    to stay:

    • Lake Haven – Lake
      Haven Retreat is conveniently located just minutes from downtown
      Indianapolis. Guests can take advantage of 22 natural acres, a five acre
      stocked fishing lake, catch and release fishing, paddle boat rentals and
      more.
    • S&H
      Campground – Nestled in the country and surrounded by mature trees,
      a stocked lake and peaceful creek, S&H is also conveniently located
      just 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. They have a variety of planned
      activities for all campers including a drive-in theater, grounds and mounds
      (coffee house and ice cream parlor), hayrides and themed
      parades.

    United States Astronaut Hall of Fame (Titusville,
    FL)
    Located just south of Titusville, Florida, the United States
    Astronaut Hall of Fame honors American astronauts and features the world’s
    largest collection of memorabilia. There is a full-scale replica of Space
    Shuttle Inspiration where visitors can enter the inside and
    view.

    • Whispering
      Pines Manufactured Home and RV Community
      – Whispering Pines is a
      55+ quiet and friendly community nestled in shady pine trees. They have many
      activities, such as live music, bingo, crafts, dinners, and
      dances.
    • Manatee Hammock
      Park – This 26.45 acre campground is shaded by a canopy of trees
      with a shoreline view of the Indian River Lagoon. Campers have access to a
      fishing pier, swimming pool, recreation hall, fire ring, shuffleboard and
      local attractions. The river also offers a perfect view of space
      launches.

    Motorcycle Hall of Fame (Pickerington, OH)
    This
    museum is full of American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) memorabilia. The
    Hall of Fame recognizes the individuals who have contributed to the sport,
    motorcycle construction, and motorcycling in general. Visitors can expect to
    see plenty of unique motorcycles, riding gear, and other
    memorabilia.

    • Rippling Stream
      Campground
      – Start a camping adventure at one of Rippling Stream
      Campground’s 120 grassy, shaded sites. Make memories with bingo, movie
      nights, hayrides, yuker night, or exploring the beautiful hiking
      trails.
    • Jackson Lake
      Campground & Park- Jackson Lake Campground offers a variety
      of accommodations from tent and RV sites to cabins. The campground also
      offers fishing, swimming and themed weekend
      activities.

    Hollywood Walk of Fame (Hollywood, CA)
    Take a
    walk with the stars at this free walk of fame in sunny California. A
    registered historic landmark, the Hollywood Walk of Fame has more than 2,500
    stars embedded in the sidewalks along 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and
    three blocks of Vine Street in Hollywood.

    Where to
    stay:

    • Dockweiler
      Beach RV Park – L. A. County’s only recreational vehicle campground
      on the beach. RV’ers enjoy sunshine, ocean breezes, and a scenic panorama
      from Malibu to Catalina Island. Each campsite also has its own picnic table
      and barbecue.
    • Walnut RV Park
      – Walnut RV Park offers modern RV camping facilities in Southern California
      located in Los Angeles. Located near major shopping, restaurants and
      services, the prime camping location offers easy access to three freeways and
      many major attractions such as Universal-Studios.
