Rules
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is after 3 PM till 9 pm weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.
- Check-out time is by 1 PM on the departure day.
- Early Arrival and Late Departure are available for an additional fee.
- Please refer to the FAQ section of our website for more information.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservation Policy
- A $5.00 online booking fee has been added to the total cost of this reservation.
- We do not allow any reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure.
- There are no one night reservations accepted for just a Friday or Saturday night.
- One-night reservations may be booked for any non-holiday period from Sunday to Thursday.
- Holiday weekends are Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day.
- These weekends require a 3-night stay, arriving on Friday and departing in Monday with the exception of the 4th of July which can be a reservation from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday.
- Our Rates include 4 people.
- There is a limit of 8 registered guests per campsite.
- After the first 4 people there are fees for each extra person(s) ranging 3 to 4 or ages 5-60.
- Must be 21 years of age to reserve a campsite.
- Refunds and credit certificates are issued subject to our cancellation and refund policies stated on our website.
- The Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
Photography/Video Consent
- Entrance onto campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp- Resort in Mannford OK to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
- The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
- Please report any matter needing attention to the manager on duty.
- All information is subject to change with or without notice.
Golf Cart Rules
- The owner must provide proof of insurance to the park at check-in and will fill out the Personal Golf Cart Agreement and Rules form.
- All Drivers must be at least 21 years of age with valid driver's license and must present their driver's license at the camp office to receive a wristband that will allow them to be a user of the cart.
- Limit of 4 licensed drivers per golf cart.
- All drivers will be required to wear an age verified wristband while the golf cart usage is in progress.
- Golf Carts may not be driven off the campground property and may not be used on any bridges or off-road trails.
- If caught on the public roads by the local police, the driver is subject to be ticketed.
- There is no driving of golf carts after quiet hours.
- The number of passengers at any time on a golf cart is restricted by how many people can legitimately be seated on a seat of the golf cart at one time.
- No lap riding, sitting on dash, or standing at the rear or sides of the cart is permitted.
- Keys must not be left in the golf cart when not in use.
- Always make sure that the brake is fully engaged when parked.
- No excessive honking of horns while driving or when the golf cart is parked.
- Do not park the golf cart facing in any downhill position as it may roll away.
- Driving while intoxicated is not permitted.
- Violation of any of these rules' subjects all the users of the registered cart to lose their golf cart privileges without refund and the golf cart will need to remain parked for the remainder of the stay.

- We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.
- The fun continues rain or shine.
- Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
Cancellation of Campsites
- Cash refund less $15 or full camp credit per site: 15 or more days.
- 50% deposit forfeited and balance of deposit issued as camp credit: 7-14 days prior.
- Full deposit forfeited: 6 or less day.
Amenity Rental Cancellation Policy
- We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.
- The fun continues rain or shine.
- Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date:
Cancellation of Golf Cart, Pavilion or Cabana Rental
- Cash refund less $10 or full camp credit per site/cabin: more than 2 weeks.
- 50% deposit forfeited and balance of deposit issued as camp credit: at least 1 week.
- Full deposit forfeited: less than 1 week.
- Camp Credit is valid until the end of the camping season it is issued.
- If issued after Labor Day, it is valid until May 1st of the following year
- Credit is good towards camping one year after issue date.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
