Check-In Procedure - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - But let us know if you want to stay longer. - We'll see what we can do. - Thank you for your interest in Happy Holiday RV Resort. - It is our hope that we can make your stay enjoyable. - For everyone’s comfort and safety, the following policies have been established. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Rates & Guest Limits - All rates are based on two people per site. Affiliations & Memberships - Happy Holiday RV Resort is a Good Sam Park. Deposit and Payments - Credit Card or check for one day’s deposit required to make a reservation. - We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Rate Conditions - Rates are subject to change during holidays or special events. Frowns - Frowns are not allowed. - If you feel compelled to have one, leave it at the dump station and pick it up when you leave. Office, Store & Service - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (seasonal). - RV supplies, ice cream, groceries, souvenirs, propane, and beer can be found in the office. RV Park Services & Regulations - RV and auto washing permits available. Reunion Hall - Available for gatherings, parties, rallies, and family reunions. - It is complete with a full kitchen. Rent - Payable in advance. - Fee based on two people, one tow vehicle. - All visitors and guests must register at the office to use the facilities. Bathrooms - They are open all night. - We make it a priority to have them clean for you. - Please respect our efforts, or we'll have to come to your house when you get home. Sewer Connections - A secure sewer boot is required. - Please, no exceptions, because we think fresh air is wonderful. (Sewer connections can be purchased in the park store.) Cable - Cable is free at all full-hookup sites. - TV schedule provided in welcome package. Internet Access - Our wireless internet network is available throughout the resort. - Password located on the back of the TV schedule provided in the welcome package. Trash - Unfortunately, some unlucky person in your party will have to take the trash to the dumpsters. - If you are alone, then that's you. - Please put bagged trash in dumpsters, which are located throughout the park. Laundry Room - The laundry is open all night. - For safety reasons, do not put out clotheslines or hang laundry outside. - Your neighbor may want to enjoy the fabulous Black Hills views rather than shirts. Pets - All leashes must be accompanied by a dog. - The local dog catcher is a very fast runner. - Please don't leave your charming pet unattended outside or inside your RV. - The designated dog walking area is in front of the park. - Please pick up doggie doo. - Free bags are available at the office. - Dogs are not allowed in any building. - Believe it or not, some folks like a quiet, peaceful environment, so you will be asked to leave the park with no refund if your dog disturbs other guests. - This means no barking by either you or your dog. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children at all times (including playground areas). - All children must be on your site by 10:00 p.m. Make sure to give them a hug. Parking - Other than your own vehicle, additional vehicles should be parked in designated parking areas. - Please do not block traffic on the park roads. - There is plenty of overflow parking available. - Please stop by the park office for assistance. Speed Limit - 5 mph within the park. Pool - The pool is open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Summer). - Please no diving (or the bottom may rise and smite thee). - No pets or glass at the pool. - Children need to have their parents with them. - No lifeguard on duty. - We don't have sharks in our pool, but you still need to be careful, as we aren't responsible for your safety. Information & Guest Resources - Church information is available at the front counter. - Mileage chart available at the front counter. Campground Policies & Legal Disclaimer - Notice to guests, this property is privately owned. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. - Campers will be charged for damages. - You agree to read and to comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in this office and/or on the grounds. - Parents are responsible for their children's actions. - All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool. - No lifeguard on duty.
