Loved the proximity to the beach. Friendly staff snd fellow campers. Tight sites. Loud road noise. Odd pull through site, not really a pull through. We couldn’t get to our dump. Need a ramp to the beach.

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1:00 PM - Check-Out: 12:00 noon - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Check-out - Please contact the front desk upon departure. - We do not offer late checkouts on Fridays or Saturdays. - All other days are based on availability on the day of your departure. - Please, call the front desk on the morning of your departure to see if/what late check-out is available for your room. - Please, check your room carefully at departure, as Coral Sands is not responsible for any items left in your room. RV Bathhouse Key - Guest can request a key upon check-in. - $25.00 will be charged at check out if not returned. Wi-fi Available - Free Wi-Fi is available in all the Rooms, Cottages, and RV sites. Turtle Nesting Season - Sea Turtles nest on our beaches from May 1st to October 31st. - Before nightfall or high tide: Take beach furniture, cabanas, tents, and all equipment that you bring with you off of the beach. - Any and all unattended items left on the beach between 9 pm-6 am will be removed and disposed of by Volusia County staff. - After Nightfall: We cannot allow any light to reach the beach, because the hatchlings use moonlight to navigate back to the ocean. - Lighting may cause the hatchlings to head the wrong way. - This means you need to block all light reaching the shore by turning off outdoor lights, removing festive lighting, and closing your shutters by nightfall. - If you see a Sea Turtle or hatchlings, please do not touch or approach them. Non-Smoking Policy - Coral Sands implements a partial non-smoking property policy as of August 5th,2019-in order to provide a healthier environment for all guests. - We have selected designated smoking areas on the property. - All other areas, rooms, cottages, and balconies, porches-including all common areas: pool deck/area, gazebos, grill/picnic areas, and inside laundry room will become non-smoking for all guests and visitors. - As for the RV Park, this will include the common areas, pergola, and bathrooms as well but of course, you can do what you wish inside your own vehicles and inside the perimeter of your site. - Guests smoking in rooms/common areas stated above will incur a $250.00 fee and may be asked to leave after the first offense. - This policy is strictly enforced. Pet Policy - Coral Sands does have certain cottages that are pet-friendly. - Please, inform the hotel when making your reservation that you are bringing a pet. - A pet fee of $25.00 per night, per pet, is required. - There are NO pets allowed in the high-rise building, south cottages, on the beach, or in common areas such as the lobby and pool deck. - If there are any pets found in the high-rise or south cottages, you will be charged a $100 fine. - Pets must be treated for fleas prior to your stay, must be kept on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your pet. - Disruptive pets may be asked to leave without a refund. - Any damage caused by a pet(s) will be charged to your room. - Please contact the hotel directly if your pet is a service animal. This includes the breeds below. Breed Restrictions - Akita, Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario (Cane Corso), Rottweiler, Wolf hybrids/mix of any kind, American Stafford-Staffordshire-Staffordshire Terrier or any mix of any kind, are not allowed. ADA Accessible - Please be advised, unless otherwise notated as a “handicapped unit”, your assigned unit may not be A.D.A. compliant, as per federal law. RV Park - All policies listed above apply equally to the RV park. - We do not offer cable tv in the RV park however you will be provided with free Wi-Fi. Conduct Policy - While at the Coral Sands, please be aware, we take the safety and comfort of all our guests seriously. - Always exercise care and caution customary while staying on our property. - Disrupting any guest's experience with inappropriate behavior or conduct including harassment, offensive, threatening, or insulting language or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property. Do not Disturb Request - Coral Sands honors up to a 72-hour do not disturb request, however in the case of an emergency or any safety issue, we reserve the right to enter into any hotel room or cottage at any time.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
