Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV/Tent Sites Check-in time is 2:00 pm - RV/Tent Sites Check-out time is 11:00 am - Vacation Rentals Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Vacation Rentals Check-out time is 11:00 am - Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of $30; contact the resort office the morning of your arrival for availability. - Late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $30; check with the resort office on your day of departure for availability. - Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policies - All nightly and weekly reservations require a deposit of two nights or half of your stay, whichever is greater. - Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500. Any balances are due upon arrival. - Personal checks are not accepted at check-in. Site Locations and Tent Accommodations - All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation. - All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. - Tents and conversion vans are only permitted on designated tent sites. - Only one pup tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of Sun Outdoors as site size allows, and it must be taken down during the day. - Dining canopy tents are permitted but may not be up in conjunction with a pup tent. - Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. - Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning. Permitted Occupants - All reservations include a maximum of 6 guests unless otherwise stated. - Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the site. - The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in. Visitors - Campers are responsible for their visitors. - Each visitor must register at the welcome center and pay the visitor fee, which is $10 per person, per day. - Visitors may stay overnight following their day access as long as the site does not exceed the maximum occupants. Amenities and Facilities - We encourage you to visit the individual property website for specific information and dates relating to on-site amenity closures and other property-specific information. - Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather dependent schedule that may have limited hours during the spring and fall. - We reserve the right to close any facilities at our discretion without prior notice. - Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities. - Specific locations require guests to display their property-issued wristband at all times while on site, as well as for access to amenities. Quiet Hours - Our quiet time is from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. - During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. - The use of generators is not permitted on the property. - We do enforce a curfew - anyone under 18 years of age may not leave their site or rental after 11:00 pm. unless it is to and from restroom facilities accompanied by an adult. Respect your Neighbor - Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. - Do not walk on, or pass through the site of another guest. - Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. - Please be mindful of our local bylaws and the conservation of resources. - Sun Outdoors is proud to promote an inclusive and family-friendly atmosphere at all of our properties. - Offensive or intolerant language and actions will not be tolerated, included with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, or political views, and the presence or existence of any language, actions, visuals or symbols (e.g. visuals depicting confederate flags, swastikas, racial slurs, etc.) that may be deemed to be offensive will not be permitted on property. - We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking and evict any guest, without refund, for failure to comply with these rules and/or staff's request for you to remove the display of any offensive visuals or symbols. Smoking and Alcohol - There is no smoking allowed in vacation or cottage rentals, restroom and shower facilities, indoor facilities, common areas, or any outdoor amenities. - Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. - Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. - Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Site Safety - Each site is provided one table, as well as one fire pit if allowed by local regulations. - Please do not burn or leave trash in fire pits, and please do not move fire pits without permission from the staff. - All fires must be contained to the pit/ring, and campfires are permitted from 8:00 am to midnight. - Never leave a fire unattended. - County bans may occur and will be posted at the office. - Any chemicals or toxic materials must remain locked up at all times or safely removed from the access of children or animals. Pets Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. - Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. - There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $50 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a vacation or cottage rental. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. - All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. - Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process. Garbage & Recycling - Any garbage and recycling are to be put in the designated areas, garbage bins, and recycling receptacles located on the resort map at locations that offer these services. Sewer Hookup - All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight. - Replacement sewer hoses and sewer donuts can be purchased at the welcome center or general store. Waste Water - The discharge of any waste water (septic or grey water) is strictly prohibited. - Formaldehyde products are not permitted. Parking & Resort Roads - Two vehicles, inclusive of one RV, are included with each reservation as determined by Sun Outdoors and as space allows. - Additional vehicles are $10 per day and subject to availability of parking in designated areas. - All vehicles must have a parking pass from the office upon check-in. - Please ensure your guest tag is visible at all times with your proper departure date. - Towing is enforced at the guest's expense. - All guests must stay within resort property boundaries. - No trespassing on neighboring land is permitted. Speed Limit - Please obey posted speed limits on the property. - Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund. Transportation - Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized as long as they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. - Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited. - UTVs, ATVs, and large terrain vehicles are prohibited except when connecting to adjacent trails, which are only available at select locations. Gate Access - Any lost or unreturned gate cards will result in a $25 replacement fee. - Gate access cards are only applicable at specific locations; not all locations are gated or require a gate card. Golf Carts - In addition to the rules contained in the rental cart agreement to be signed by each guest renting a golf cart from the property, all guests must comply with the following rules governing the use of golf carts on the property. - Each guest owning a golf cart is solely responsible for ensuring that all operators of the golf cart are a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license (moped licenses, learning permits, etc. are not acceptable). - Golf carts must have their lights (if equipped) turned on at all times while in operation after sunset. No golf carts may be operated after sunset without headlights. - Golf carts shall not be operated during quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Golf carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of guest-owned golf carts will not be tolerated. - Guest-owned golf carts are to be operated on blacktop or gravel roadways only. - No driving through RV sites or other restricted areas. - Operation of golf carts while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. - A golf cart's maximum seating capacity must never be exceeded. - Operators and passengers of a guest-owned golf cart must be seated at all times while the golf cart is in motion. Bikes - Don't forget your bike helmet. In addition to following local regulations, we recommend that all riders wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. - Bike riders must obey the same rules of the road as motor vehicles. - When operating a bike after sunset, you must have a light on both the front and back of the bike. These lights may be purchased from the welcome center orthe store. Fireworks - The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, is not permitted under any circumstances. - Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without a refund. Firearms and Weapons - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Pool Policy - Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. - The Campground is not responsible for lost or damaged property. - All Patrons must wear appropriate swimwear. - Do not enter the pool if you have a communicable disease or an open cut. - Do not bring food, gum, or tobacco products into the pools or onto the deck. - Shower before using the pool and after using the toilet facility. - Do not run or engage in rough play in the pool area. - No diving. - No pets are allowed in the pool area or on the pool deck. - Diaper changing on the pool deck is prohibited. - Glass items are prohibited in the pool or on the deck. - Only swim diapers are allowed General Conduct and Removal - Guests are required at all times to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as the directions of the resort team. - We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the resort. - Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice. Emergency - Dial 911 in case of an emergency.

Campground Cancellation Policy - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. Nightly/Weekly Stays - For all guests with stays shorter than 30 nights ("short-term guests") - Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. - Cancellations made after the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid. - No refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. - All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Monthly or Longer Stays - For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer ("long-term guests") - Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date - Cancellations made after the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid. - No refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. - All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
