It is important to note that as of August 18th, 2023, all visitors to Deer Springs RV Park must be 18 or older.

Deer Springs is a privately owned and gated RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. Moreover, we are a pet-friendly RV park with a focus on providing large RV Sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for ‘self-contained RVs,’ and as such, there is no separate bathhouse on site.

Quiet settings, Appalachian Trail hiking, and lots of Nature are the extreme amenities at our park. Therefore, visitors can enjoy the serene surroundings and explore the nearby Appalachian Trail.

Found in the scenic Great Smoky Mountains, Rolling Meadows Family Campground offers a refreshing escape. With a brand-new heated bathhouse and laundry facilities, the campground provides various accommodation options, including full hookup pull-through sites, water and electric back-in sites, and tent sites with diverse amenities.
