- We are in the process of making some upgrades to existing facilities and some changes around the property. - Please bear with us as we make improvements to the Park. - We do our best to only have construction going on Monday - Thursday so as to not disturb campers over the weekend. Projects - As the new owners of Big Mineral Resort & Marina we first intend to do some general maintenance and cleanup around the property. - Some of those items include: - Road repairs. - Repair boat ramp. - New breakwater. - Repair pavilions. - Install a new play set for kids. - Clean up the shoreline & tree lines. - Rebuild the decks on cabins 1 through 4. - Replace decking around public bathrooms. - Remove all debris from around the property. - Repair docks 9 & 10 & build a new gangway. - Repair / replace all boards on gangways to docks. - Replace all boards on the fuel dock and make repairs. - Paint cabins 1-4 / Replace doors & siding on bathrooms. - Remodel the old corps bathroom into a shower house. - This will hold two private bathrooms with code locks on the doors, for the use of our renters only. - Convert the main house at the entrance into a nightly rental. - Complete construction of boat dock, 24 more slips. Future Ideas - These are some of the ideas that we have come up with for future projects around the park. - New open storage up at entrance out of flood zone and remove old storage. - Recreation area - splash pad, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, corn hole. - New speed bumps to make it safer for kids to ride bikes around the park. - Clubhouse - private pool and hot tub, tenants only, and no day use. - Widen and replace a bunch of the 30AMP RV spots with 50AMP. - Cut walking / Hiking trails through the woods and more. - Coin laundry, new cabins, and glamping spots. - Kayak, paddleboard, and paddleboat rentals. - Add a courtesy dock at the boat ramp. - Add new pull-through spaces. - Golf cart rental. - New rental boats.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - When selecting your site number, please double-check the location of your specified site as site numbers have recently changed. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policy - Rates are subject to change without notice. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for the Resort to automatically bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. - All outstanding balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation Policy - You may make reservations up to 6 months in advance. - Reservations made 31 days or more from the date of arrival are subject to a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due. - Reservations made 30 days or less from the date of arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
