Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- RV Check-in Time: 2 p.m and 6 p.m.
- RV Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
- Early check-in is not permitted.
- Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.
- The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until noon.
- We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early.
- If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon.
- Late check-ins are allowed at any time
- We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early.
- You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in.
- If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Parking
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
- Please, do not park on grass or any other place that is not designated as parking.
- Parking a vehicle in the roadway is not permitted.
Site and Park Navigation
- Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.
- Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing
- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge.
- Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Rugs
- Outdoor rugs are permitted as long as they do not exceed the size of the patio.
- If it touches grass, it’s too big.
Pet Policies
Leash
- Pets must be on a leash at all times, except in designated dog run areas.
Buildings and Pool Area
- Pets are not allowed in the buildings.
- County code laws do not allow pets in our building or pool area.
- Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts.
- Pets are also not allowed on our playground.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
- Be a good neighbor, and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always.
- Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites, please.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Leaving Pets Unattended
- Pets may not be left unattended in our park.
- Please do not tie your pets to a tree or fixed object and leave them alone.
Pet Vaccinations
- Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park.
- Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
Barking
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.
- Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Vehicle Policies
Speed Limit
- The park speed limit is 5 mph.
- This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.
- Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave.
- Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
- Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park.
- Battery-powered scooters, bicycles, and other means of transportation are not allowed.
- For your convenience, we offer golf cart rentals.
- Personal golf carts only are allowed; however, other motorized vehicles such as ATVs, scooters, or hoverboards for overnight campers or day-use guests are NOT allowed.
Parking
- Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicles per site unless noted.
- Extra vehicles will need to be parked in additional guest parking spots.
- Please, do not park on our grass.
- Ruts caused on your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.
- No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our bathroom and laundry room doors.
- Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites or in public areas.
General Park Policies
- Severe Weather
- In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room.
- Signs for shelter areas are posted.
- We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.
Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park.
- All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee, and receive a parking pass.
- Visitors may not bring pets.
- Crossroads Luxury RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site.
- Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm CST.
- Overnight visitors must depart by 11 am CST.
- Please check with the office before inviting any visitors.
- Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.
- All guests visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times, please.
Electrical Use
- You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV.
- Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker.
- Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
- Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements.
- Maintenance is happy to help.
- Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Laundry
- The laundry room is open 24/7.
- Change and vending are available.
- Please do not leave your laundry unattended.
- We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
Restrooms
- For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day.
- We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please.
- Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers as well as the pool area.
Pool & Playground
- No lifeguard is on duty.
- The pool and Playground open at 9 am and close at dusk.
- Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times.
- Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool.
- Personal devices for music are allowed WHEN used with headphones.
- Failure to follow these rules results in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Children in diapers are not allowed in our pool. Only swimming suits and swimming trunks permitted in our pool, no cut-offs.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
- We provide a daily trash pickup from 8 am to 10 am each morning.
- Guests may place their bagged trash on the cement at their site.
- Please, do not sit out trash the night prior.
- Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans.
- Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Children
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Horseplay, running, or diving in the pool is not permitted.
- Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.
- The playground and pool close at dusk.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.
- Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Drones
- Drones are not permitted in our park.
Clotheslines
- Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.
Fireworks and Firearms
- Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.
- The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.
- The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns.
- If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
- We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Safety and Emergencies
- Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests.
- This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies.
- We never give personal information out to others.
General Policy
- Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
- Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
- The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
- We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
- All guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
- PARK NAME does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.
- Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
- Tarps are not permitted on sites.
- All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle (Motorhomes, RVs, travel trailers, etc.) is deemed to be unacceptable.
- Tent camping is NOT permitted.
- The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
- Maximum of 12 people total at a site at any given time.
- Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 8 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
- Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
- Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside.
- The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
- Clotheslines are not allowed.
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
- Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles are allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
- All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort or left out in accordance to trash pickup policy.
- DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
- Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites (only applies to monthly stay guests).
- Drones or other remote controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property, except by park staff.
- Crossroads Luxury RV Park is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes, birds of prey and reptiles.
- All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
- Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite.
Safety
- POOL AND SPLASH PAD HOURS are 9:00 AM to Dusk.
- No glass containers allowed at the pool OR SPLASH PAD AREA.
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL OR SPLASH PAD AREAS, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
- The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is PROHIBITED.
- Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
- Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
- Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
- Speed limit on the property is 5 mph.
- Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the park.
- Children under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
- No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
- Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
- Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park, including golf carts.
- Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.
- Please, no bicycle riding after dark; helmets are recommended.
Security
- Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
- Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
- We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be courteous to other guests around you.
- Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
- Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
- Profanity or violence towards other guests or park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
- Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy
- A maximum of two pets are allowed at all RV campsites.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the park.
- Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
- There is a two-pet limit in the resort.
- No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles and large birds.
- All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended.
- Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pets.
- Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
- Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas.
- The resort is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s).
- Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.
- All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
No Shows
- Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival.
- No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
- All rates, specials, terms, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
Washing Campers/Motorhomes/RVs
- Guests are allowed to wash their campers, motorhomes, or RVs using only 5 gallons of water, or an approved mobile washing service that provide their own water.
- Using a water hose is prohibited.
Golf Carts
- To rent a golf cart, guests must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
- Those 16 years of age and older, who have a valid driver’s license and are on the rental agreement, may drive the cart. No one else will be allowed.
- Any damage caused by the renter or their guests, will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for all damages.
- All carts will remain on paved surfaces, when in use, within a half-mile radius.
Water Attractions and Pool Rules
- All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area.
- “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations.
- Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules.
- US Coast Guard approved Life Jackets and Puddle jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less.
Behavior
- We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner.
- Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund.
Dress Code
- Proper swim attire is required.
- Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment.
- Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics.
Outside Food and Beverages
- Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the park.
- Glass bottles or containers are not permitted in the swimming area.
- Only food and beverages purchased at the Clubhouse are allowed in the pool area.
Prohibited (Pool Area)
- Pets are not allowed, except for working service animals.
- Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water.
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area.
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
- Larger outside flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted.
- Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions.
Inclement Weather
- For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds.
- If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared, and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area.
Ride Restrictions
- Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights, and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions.
- All guests must meet the attraction's requirements to ride.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
