Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time for all sites is 3:00 PM. - Check-out time for all sites is 11:00 AM. - The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout if available. - Additional fees may apply for late checkout. - To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guest and Visitor Registration - All guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, but must first register at the office and pay $10 per guest, per day. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight and must leave by 10:00 PM. Deposit Requirement - At the time of booking, you are required to pay a deposit of 50% per booking. Liability and Responsibility - Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or their pets. - Tenants assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold the landlord harmless from and indemnify the landlord against the same. - The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or for damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person who does not comply with the rules and policies. Mail and Deliveries - Harmon Creek does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. - Guests must arrange to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup. RVs, Vehicles, and Campsites - All motorhomes, RVs, or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. - Tent camping is permitted only in cabin or RV spaces when cabins or RVs are being rented. - Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $10 per tent, per night. - The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - Only one RV and a maximum of two other vehicles are allowed per site unless stated otherwise. Site Appearance and Maintenance - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. - Maintenance or washing of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees. - All trash must be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort. - Do not leave trash out overnight. Outdoor Equipment and Activities - Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed. - Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. - Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Wildlife and Safety - Harmon Creek is in a natural wildlife habitat area where there are coyotes, birds of prey, and reptiles. - All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. Pool Rules - Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. - No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. - There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool or splash pad areas; use at your own risk. - Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Safety and Conduct - The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the resort. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - The use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group, regardless of age, may result in eviction from the resort. Vehicles and Traffic - The speed limit on the property is 10 mph. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the resort. - No vehicles may block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the resort, including golf carts and scooters. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the main office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence toward other guests or resort staff will result in immediate eviction. - Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity or safety of our guests or the resort. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. - There is a three-pet limit in the resort. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted, including all reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in the office, store, and swimming pool area. - The resort is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by pets. - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without proof of disability or certification. Additional Fees - Early departure requests are non-refundable; however, a credit for the site cost will be incurred and may be used for a future stay within one year from the date the credit was issued. - We work hard to ensure the park grounds, cabins, and amenities are clean and orderly. - Should you leave what we find to be an excessive mess, a $50 cleaning fee will apply. - All cabin keys must be returned to the front office or left in the cabin upon departure. - Any missing or lost keys in your possession will incur a $25 replacement fee. - Smoking is prohibited in cabins; if you smoke in a cabin, a $150 cleaning fee will apply. - Missing or damaged items in your cabin will be subject to the following replacement fees: - Coffee maker: $25 - Two-burner electric cooktop: $50 - Mini fridge: $200 - Bath towel: $10 each - Washcloth: $5 each - Pillow: $15 each - Microwave: $80 - Large plate: $5 each - Small plate: $2.50 each - Coffee cup: $2.50 each - Bowl: $5 each - Large trash can: $60 - Small trash can: $20 - Futon mattress: $165 - Futon frame: $100 - Patio chair: $75 each - Upon check-in, please verify on your inventory checklist that all items have been provided and confirm with your signature.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
