Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is from 1:00 PM. - Check-out is by 11:00 AM. - All guests must check in at the office or as directed via pre-arrival instructions. - A valid photo ID and payment method are required upon arrival. - Late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability). - Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation & Payment - All bookings require a valid form of payment at the time of reservation. - Full payment is due prior to check-in unless otherwise arranged. - Rates are subject to change and may vary based on season, length of stay, and availability. Resort Rules - All guests must comply with resort rules, posted policies, and staff instructions. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - The speed limit on the property is 5 MPH at all times. Safety & Liability - Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of any minors. - RV Resort @ Walnut Creek is not liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss during your stay. - Use of resort amenities (pools, grills, trails, etc.) is at your own risk. Amenities Access - Access to certain amenities may be limited by weather, maintenance, or scheduled events. - Participation in cookouts and grill use requires supervision by a certified Grill Master who has completed the resort’s fire safety course. Long-Term Stays - Long-term guests may be eligible for special promotional rates. - All extended stays are subject to additional background verification and approval. Payments & Cancellations - Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival. - Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for applicable refund terms. - Returned checks or declined cards may incur a $25 processing fee. Guest Conduct - Loud music or disruptive behavior, especially after 10:00 PM (quiet hours), is prohibited. - Excessive alcohol consumption or illegal drug use is not allowed. - Fireworks, firearms, or any weapons are prohibited on the property. - Guests who damage property or landscaping may be asked to leave without a refund. Pet Policy - Well-behaved pets are welcome. - Limit of 2 pets per site unless otherwise approved. - Pets must be leashed at all times and never left unattended outside. - Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. - Aggressive animals or excessive barking may result in removal. - The dog park is available for off-leash exercise. - A maximum of two pets is allowed per site. - If you have more than two pets, please reach out to the park management for approval before booking. - Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. - Bags and a disposal station are located in the dog park for your convenience. - Clean up after your pets promptly; a disposal station is available in the dog park. - We do not allow pit bulls or other aggressive breeds. - This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. - No pitbulls or aggressive breeds. - Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of the RV or campsite, unless in the designated dog park area. - Dogs must remain leashed at all times, unless inside the dog park. - Pets may only be allowed off-leash in the designated dog park area. - Aggressive dogs or dogs displaying dangerous behavior will not be allowed in the dog park. - We ask that guests list their pets when making a reservation to help us keep track of pets on the property and ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs. - No pets in certain areas. - For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the pool, fitness center, or other indoor facilities. - Indoor cats are the only cats allowed inside the park. Pet Vaccinations - Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies. - You may be asked to provide proof of vaccination upon request. - Must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies. - We may request veterinary records to verify health status. - Pets must not be left unattended outside at any time. - This is to prevent issues with noise, safety, or other pets. - Dogs may not be left unattended inside the cabin or outside at any time. Service Animals - Service animals are usually allowed in all areas of the park, regardless of other pet policies. - However, owners may need to provide documentation for service animals. - Service animals are always welcome and exempt from pet fees, but proof may be required. Noise Control - Pets must not disturb other guests with excessive barking or other disruptive behavior. - Owners will be asked to address any noise issues promptly. - No excessive barking or aggressive behavior toward other dogs or guests. Pet Policy for Cabin - We gladly welcome dogs under the following conditions: - Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. - No pitbulls or aggressive breeds. - Dogs must weigh 60 lbs or less. - Pet deposit: $200 refundable (in case of damage). Pet Fee (Per Day, Per Dog) - Dogs up to 40 lbs: $30/day. - For dogs over 40 lbs, please ask for approval before booking. - Failure to do so could result in being asked to leave after arrival. - Fees help us cover deep cleaning and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Pet Requirements - Must be house-trained and non-destructive. - Must be treated for fleas and ticks. - Must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies. - We may request veterinary records to verify health status. - Dogs must remain leashed at all times, unless inside the dog park. - No excessive barking or aggressive behavior toward other dogs or guests. - Service animals are always welcome and exempt from pet fees, but proof may be required. Wags To Riches Dog Park - Spacious, fully fenced 7,000 sq ft off-leash area. - Includes shaded seating, water stations, and agility features. - Open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - To bring your dog, just select “Pets: Yes” when booking. - Pet fees will be applied, and we’ll send our full pet policy prior to check-in. - We look forward to hosting you—and your well-behaved pups—at The Cabins at Walnut Creek and the RV Resort @ Walnut Creek! Additional Pet Rules - Dogs may not be left unattended inside the cabin or tethered outside at any time. - Please bring your own dog bedding/blankets—dogs are not allowed on furniture. Liability Disclaimer - RV Resort @ Walnut Creek is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. - We are not liable for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises. - Guests assume all risk and waive liability claims by entering the property. Parking & Vehicles - One RV and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles may require advance approval. - Each vehicle must display a valid parking tag or permit issued by the resort. - No parking on grass, vacant sites, or roadways. - Speed limit within the resort is 5 mph. Extended Stays & Site Appearance - Long-term guests must maintain a neat and orderly site. - No outside storage, fencing, or permanent structures without approval. - RVs must be in good repair and free of leaks or damage. Pool, Fitness Center & Cookshack Use - Use of the pool, fitness center, and cook shack is at your own risk. - No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. - Children under 14 must be supervised. - Proper swimwear and footwear are required in all shared facilities. - No glass, alcohol, or horseplay in the pool area. - The fitness center is for ages 16 and up, or 14+ with adult supervision. - Cookshack must be cleaned after use. - Do not leave food or trash behind. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving facilities in good condition. - RV Resort @ Walnut Creek is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of items in these areas. MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
