Great Escapes RV Resort in Bryan, Texas, offers 166 full-hookup RV sites and 36 cabins across 80 acres between Bryan and College Station, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, ADA-accessible sites, and rigs accepted to 65 feet. Deluxe patio sites with a private dog kennel join premium and deluxe patio back-in and pull-through categories, with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a Wibit water obstacle course. One hundred sixty-six sites span deluxe back-in patio, deluxe back-in patio with dog kennel, deluxe pull-thru patio, and premium back-in patio categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with site WiFi, sized to 65 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. A private dog kennel at the site is genuinely uncommon and worth knowing about if you travel with dogs. Accessible sites are available. Thirty-six cabins round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, restrooms, showers, and firewood handle the practical side. The pool runs 9am to 9pm daily year-round, and the Wibit water obstacle course carries a separate charge. An outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna anchor the property, with a fitness center, jumping pillow, inflatable water toys, sports courts, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, corn hole, golf cart rentals, a playground, pavilion, dog park, and on-site dining filling the rest, with live music through the season. WHAT ARE YOUR PEAK AND NON-PEAK SEASON DATES AND DOES THAT AFFECT THE ATTRACTIONS? - Our Bryan RV park dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows: - Peak Season: March 1st thru October 31st - Non-Peak Season: November 1st thru February 28th - Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during the non-peak season. CAN I TOUR THE CAMP RESORT? - We are happy to show off the RV campground and we do allow tours. - However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. - Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive. DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL/MONTHLY SITES? - We do offer seasonal sites during the off-season. - The off-season begins on November 1 and ends on the last day of February. WHAT ARE THE STORE OFFICE HOURS? Peak Season: - Monday to Thursday: 8 am-9 pm - Friday & Saturday: 8 am-11 pm - Sunday: 8 am-9 pm Non-Peak Season: - Monday to Thursday: 9 am-5 pm - Friday & Saturday: 9 am-9 pm - Sunday: 9 am-5 pm WILL MY RESERVATION GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC CAMPSITE OR CABIN ASSIGNMENT? - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $35 lock-in fee. - If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number. HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE ON MY RESERVATION? - You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at an RV site or cabin. WHAT CAN I USE MY GREAT ESCAPES RV RESORTS GIFT CARD TOWARDS? - Great Escapes RV Resorts gift cards are applicable towards reservations, store purchases, or activities & amenities. DO YOU HAVE RVS TO RENT? - We do not have RVs to rent at our campground. DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS IN ALL CABINS? - Yes, we provide linens in all our cabins. CAN I PITCH A TENT AT MY CAMPSITE IF I HAVE AN RV? - Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent on an RV site (in addition to the RV at an RV site). IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE? - We have firewood available for purchase at our store. A bundle of firewood (7 or 8 pieces) is $6.99. - To preserve the beauty of our wooded RV resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way. CAN I BRING MY OWN FIREWOOD? - Texas does not allow the transport of firewood. - The state has six counties under quarantine due to destructive emerald ash borer; this means it is illegal to move firewood to other areas within Texas and also to other states. - Texas also has 192 counties under quarantine for imported fire ants, prohibiting the movement of firewood. - Another invasive pest that the authorities are closely watching is the Mexican soapberry borer, which has already been detected in 50 Texas counties. CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART, MOTORIZED SCOOTER, OR ATV TO YOUR RV PARK IN BRYAN, TX? - For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into the park. - While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without a refund. - For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our camp resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard. - You must also follow all camp rules for golf carts, sign an agreement and the person with the disability must be on the cart at all times when it is being driven. HOW DO I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM STAYING OVERNIGHT? - Add your golf cart to your reservation when you book online. - For more information about our golf carts click here or you can always come into our front office and we will be happy to help you! HOW MANY CARS ARE PERMITTED AT MY SITE AND MAY I HAVE EXTRA CARS? - You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview window. - These are given with your reservation materials. - We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available. - Extra cars may be permitted due to individual circumstances and events but must be approved by management prior. DO YOU HAVE QUIET HOURS? - We do! Quiet hours are 11:00 pm – 8 am daily. - Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours unless accompanied by an adult. ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED AT YOUR PARK? - They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas and or activity centers. - This is a family-friendly RV campground, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language. CAN I BRING A PET WITH ME? - YES! We are a pet-friendly RV resort! - Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. - Pets are also allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at the time of booking. For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $25 - For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $50. - Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. - Service animals are allowed in buildings and event centers. Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure Check-in Time - RV -4:00 PM - Cabins - 4:00 PM Check-out Time - RV - 11:00 AM - Cabin - 11:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Linens - Cabin linens are provided. Quiet Hours - 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. - Please be courteous to your neighbors. - Please be at your site/cabin by 11:00 PM. State Law - All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring/donut to prevent spillage and odor. Pool Rules - Swim at your own risk. - Lifeguards may not be provided at all Great Escapes Mgmt., LLC parks. - All children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by an adult. - Please follow the posted pool rules. - No Glass containers. Pets Policy - We welcome pets on campsites and pet-friendly lodging/cabins. - We have many sites that have Doggie Dens on them for our four-legged friends. Kennels/pens are prohibited. - Pets must always be on a leash, no longer than 6 ft., and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and no pet may be left unattended outside of your RV. - As a reminder, please scoop your poop and dispose of it in trash receptacles. - Pets cannot go inside any park-owned building or pool area. - There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $25 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a cabin, cottage, or lodging of any kind. - If management determines that a pet is disruptive or aggressive, they have sole discretion to require the guest to restrict the pet's behavior or location or remove the pet from the resort. - If a guest is unwilling or unable to restrict the pet or have it removed from the resort, as requested by management, management has the right to immediately terminate the guest's reservation and evict the guest from the resort, without a refund. - All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. - Upon check-in, you are required to notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process. Service Animals - Service animal owners are responsible for the care, supervision, and control of their service animals at all times. - Service animals must be under the control of their owners and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. - Service animal owners are responsible for ensuring that their animals do not pose a threat or disturbance to other residents, visitors, or employees. Guests - All visitors must stop at the office to register and pay a day-use fee for each person. Speed Limit - The maximum speed limit in the park is 9-1/2 MPH. - Watch for children at play. Pedestrians have the right of way. Vehicles - Two vehicles per site (additional vehicles park in designated areas. - Please display your car pass always while in the park. - Washing vehicles is permitted for a fee, check with the office. Campfires - Campfires are allowed in fire pits only. - No hanging of clothes, etc. outside of RVs or on trees. Garbage - Please use dumpsters located in an RV park. Bicycles - For the safety of our children, bicycle riding is welcome during daylight hours only. - PERSONAL motorized scooters, four-wheelers, golf carts, and drones are expressly prohibited. Alcoholic Beverages - When drinking, we ask that you do so responsibly. - This is a family-friendly campground, we have a zero-tolerance policy for public intoxication. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in all Campground Buildings, Cabins, playgrounds, or pool/water areas. - Please dispose of butts in the provided receptacles. GOLF CARTS - Registered guests must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license present in their possession to drive a golf cart. - Registered guests must keep golf carts on Great Escapes RV Resort Bryan-College Station property roads at all times. - To help us keep our resort beautiful, please do not drive the carts on the grass. - All golf cart renters are required to sign the Golf Cart Liability Waiver. - Please Note: Prices are subject to change without notice, and all rates are subject to Federal and Local taxes. - If any employee of Great Escapes RV Resorts Bryan-College Station is witness to any misuse of the golf carts, we reserve the right to terminate the rental of the golf cart with no refund. Site Changes - All site changes must be approved by the registration desk. - Park management has the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability in an emergency.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
